These terms apply when you use lastmasta.com or bring a controller or console to Last Masta Game Electronics ("Last Masta", "we", "us") for repair. Last Masta Game Electronics is a trading name operated by Leonardo Melendez, Orange Walk Town, Belize. By arranging a repair with us, you agree to these terms.

1. What we repair

We repair game controllers for PlayStation 5 (DualSense and DualSense Edge), PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S and Nintendo Switch. That covers joystick replacement, buttons, triggers (including PS5 adaptive triggers), bumpers, D-pads, charging ports, batteries, shells and haptics. On consoles, we repair the HDMI port on any PlayStation 5 model. We do not repair any other console fault, and we do not buy or sell controllers.

2. Testing and quotes

Testing is free. Before you bring a device in, we may ask you questions or ask for a photo to check the fault. We test every device before we work on it, and we tell you the price before any work starts. Nothing is repaired without your go-ahead.

Prices on the website are in Belize dollars. Joystick replacement and PS5 HDMI port prices are fixed as listed. For other controller repairs we give an estimate (about BZ$35) and confirm the price after testing.

If you decline the quote after testing, You pay nothing and we return the device as it came.

3. PS5 HDMI port repairs

We confirm the HDMI port is the fault before we work on the console. A console can have other faults that only show up after the port is replaced. If we find one, we tell you as soon as we know.

4. Pickup, drop-off and couriers

Pickup and drop-off are free in Orange Walk Town. For the rest of Belize, including Belmopan, we arrange delivery by courier or through drop-off points in other towns. You pay the courier fee, and who are responsible for the device while it is with the courier.

5. Warranty

Stick drift repairs (joystick replacement) carry a 6-month warranty on parts and labour under normal wear, starting on the day you get the controller back. If a joystick we fitted develops drift in that time, we repair or replace it at no charge.

TMR joysticks do not use the resistive tracks that cause standard stick drift. The centre spring can still wear with use and shift the stick's centre slightly. That is usually fixed by recalibrating. There is a small fee for recalibrating dual sense edge modules. Other controller that need recalibration can be done by the customer using free available software we recommend. 

Other repairs, including PS5 HDMI port repairs and non-joystick controller repairs, carry no warranty unless we agree one in writing when we give you the quote.

The warranty does not cover:

• drops, impact, liquid, or other physical damage after the repair

• a device opened or repaired by anyone else after we returned it

• parts we did not replace

6. Payment

We accept cash and bank transfer. Payment is due when you collect the device or before we ship it back.

7. Uncollected devices

If a repaired device is not collected within 30 days of our telling you it is ready, and you do not reply to our messages, we will sell it for the price of the repair.

8. Your data and your device

Controllers do not store personal data. A PS5 console can hold accounts and saved games. We do not access your accounts or data during a repair. Where you can, sign out of your accounts before you hand over a console. For how we handle the information you send us, see our Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

Controllers and consoles are delicate, and we use the right tools so the board is not damaged. If we damage your device during a repair, we will tell you and repair it at our cost, or refund or compensate up to an agreed amount. We are not responsible for faults that were already present but had not shown up, or for losses beyond the value of the device. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Belize law.

10. The website

Prices, availability and parts on lastmasta.com can change without notice. Parts are sometimes in limited supply. The price we confirm with you before the repair is the price you pay. Product names (PlayStation, DualSense, Xbox, Nintendo Switch and others) belong to their owners. Last Masta is not affiliated with Sony, Microsoft or Nintendo.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you arrange a repair is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Belize.
